Job responsibilities:

1. Review, screen, and process the audio, video, graphic, and text content of the entire platform according to business standards;

2. Supervise, process, and file platform content to maintain online order;

3. Provide platform business consulting services for users to ensure the smooth progress of product activities;

4. Accept customer complaints and resolve them within the authorized scope;

5. Participate in revising audit standards, optimizing audit processes and norms.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with unlimited majors. Experience in video website content review is preferred;

2. Familiar with internet information security, with sensitive risk awareness, and possessing certain judgment and processing abilities for sudden hot topics;

3. Patient, meticulous, down-to-earth, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

4. Has a certain level of communication and coordination skills, as well as organizational leadership skills, able to withstand certain pressures and challenges.
